HelloPartner.com launched as an exciting new digital marketing publication in Q4 2022. Taking a global view of everything Partnerships - from affiliate marketing, performance marketing, brand and partner marketing, the creator economy (influencer marketing) and everything in between.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, progressive-thinking editor who understands how to engage audiences and can champion a leading B2B brand.

Together with our Head of Content and team of Journalists, you will be in charge of creating and effectively implementing the content plan for Hello Partner, in addition to creating and executing plans to boost revenue from subscription-based services. As the brand ambassador, you will represent the title at partner events, conferences, and host or moderate panels or roundtables at our own events when required.

Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for delivering premium, high quality and engaging free and premium content for our members. You will be required to build and sustain a network of influential contacts in the partnership and influencer marketing field, while also cultivating and expanding the community by facilitating partnerships and connections.

You’ll need to interpret traffic data and wider market and audience understanding to support strategic vision and drive data-informed audience, product and content development.

We’re looking for someone who is able to drive our vision forward, demonstrating an ambition for growth and seeking opportunities to evolve and improve to continually attract and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Content to create both short-term and long-term plans for global audience growth.
  • Lead an editorial team responsible for producing publication content.
  • Generate new, unique, and innovative story ideas and concepts for various media platforms to enhance the brand's visibility and engagement.
  • Supervise the development of both editorial and commercial products to ensure they are market leaders.
  • Chair or moderate Hello Partner conference sessions or events to the best of your ability.
  • Oversee the global content strategy and ensure that the editorial team adheres to key value propositions and core editorial values.
  • Responsible for expanding the brand's presence into new audience groups as required.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience (you’ll be managing a growing team, starting with 2 FT journalists)
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues in commercial, marketing, and communications roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply discretion and judgment in evaluating implications of publication and information release to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability in meeting deadlines and working calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to travel to our UK and International conferences and awards
