Job description

Assist the Art Dept with weekly WordPress blog post editing and publication scheduling to support the blog’s faculty Editor-in-Chief.

Typical duties include:

  • Working independently in WordPress
  • Reviewing, editing posts, and scheduling posts weekly
  • Validating each post has accurate categories, tags, and featured images
  • Notifying the Editor-in-Chief weekly if any bloggers missed their deadlines
  • Writing custom social media posts to accompany each blog post
  • Building a blogging calendar for 2023/2024
  • Assisting with finding new bloggers when roles open
  • General blog website updates as needed
