These and other events have resulted in regulatory interventions, investigations, financial restatements and a significant number of lawsuits. Dealing with matters of a complex nature requires a broad range of skills and experience and our Disputes & Investigations (“D&I”) team offers Forensic Accounting and Investigations, Dispute Advisory, and Forensic Technology Services.
Within D&I, Forensic Technology Services (“FTS”) team comprises senior forensic and information security technologists, who bring deep expertise in Computer Science and Information Systems, and offer a hands-on approach to collecting, preserving and analysing electronic information. FTS Includes:
- Digital Investigations
- Electronic Disclosure Management
- Data Mining and Database Analytics
- Information Governance, and
- Cyber Security.
The Role
In today's digital age, an increasing number of files and communications are stored on electronic media including laptops, mobile phones and cloud based storage systems, thus giving forensic technologists the responsibility of gathering, preserving and presenting evidence in an extremely cost effective and efficient way.
Our FTS team is hugely successful, and an opportunity exists for us to grow at Analyst level, specifically within the Electronic Disclosure and Digital Investigations team.

You will have:
- Experience in Forensic Technology specifically working in eDiscovery and/or Digital Investigations.
- Experience working with the eDiscovery platform Relativity in some capacity; Relativity certification would be advantageous
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is require
- Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to well-developed organisation skills
- Learns fast and enthusiastic about new technologies
