JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Transportation Management preferred
• Working Knowledge of 850, 856, 810, 875, 880 required
• Working Knowledge of 204, 214, 210, 870, 846, 855, 861 preferred
• Prior experience with Web Services preferred
• Experience with DELL Boomi preferred
• SQL and/or Toad experience preferred
• Solid background in information systems technology
• Working knowledge of data communication protocols and security
• Detailed knowledge of EDI document formats
• Knowledge of data mapping, data translation, interfaces
• Must be detail oriented with problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Commitment to system data integrity, system availability
• Driven to improve customer satisfaction, both internally and externally
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times in high pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills; able to discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to learn new technologies when applicable

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor EDI systems and resolve failures
• Review EDI transactions and apply resolution to data containing errors
• Work with the appropriate departments to resolve errors or failures
• Gather EDI requirements and specifications
• Participate in EDI Design and Implementation
• Coordinate testing and quality control for EDI transactions
• Assist in new trading partner setup, testing and administration
• Update and maintain documentation for the EDI platform and processes
• Other duties as assigned
