Job description
We are looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer to help with the initial troubleshooting of client software. The successful candidate will be a great team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and will thrive in a highly collaborative environment. Experience with any component of the software stack is a plus, and we are looking for an individual who will thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Provide support to the user community.
- Must have valid EDBS
- Experience with educational institution's preferred

Salary: £190.00-£200.00 per day
