Our products are recognised and valued in the UK and in key international markets. Due to the sustained growth of the business, we are now looking to recruit a E Commerce executive as a brand-new role who can help us gain online presence, one who can handle supply chain & can also coordinate with suppliers for stock fulfilment.
Job Description
- General day to day running of the b2c businesses
- From order settlement to dispatch and customer service
- Creating email campaigns
- Content design and publishing to multiple social media sites and working with social media influencers
- Social media promotional advertising and creating regular competitions and give-aways to help boost brand awareness and increase sales
- Extensive use of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Suite and Facebook Business Suite
- Manage and oversee social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube
- Create successful social media campaigns which significantly increases overall social engagement
- Attend regional/international shows to produce live social media content
- Working directly with the marketing department of premier frontline labels as well as other communication team members to support marketing and creative efforts
- Building and maintaining websites/apps (HTML, CSS, Java, Word press, Woo Commerce)
- Adding new products for sale on the administration site
- Working on Amazon Seller Central, eBay Business Hub, Shopify & other market places.
- Purchasing stock and supplies from Asia, Europe and North America and working with Warehouse management systems.
- Working with Global Mail teams such as Royal Mail, DHL, Federal Express and UPS
’possibility for some remote working considered for the right candidate, details to be discussed at interview stage
Expected Salary: £26,000+ Performance bonus
