The Role…
The successful candidate will lead our 'Made to order' refresh project on Soho Home, the purpose of the project is to update our fabric colourways onsite, this will require newly created products. Across the three months project the Ecom Assistant will be responsible for…
Main Duties…
- Creation of product utilising Excel documents, the candidate will require strong attention to detail to cross check that values input within the excel document are accurate and in line with expectation.
- Population of product once uploaded to site, ensuring accurate and optimised features including product copy and specification, category and collection selection, attributes, pricing, photography, copy and shipping tier.
- Candidates will be required to work closely with our New Product Development team to ensure product information is accurate.
- Work with the content production team and Head of Ecommerce to ensure packshot photographic assets are accurate and reflect on the front end as expected. Packshot and swatch imagery will be uploaded on mass via FTP upload.
- Work with retail copy writer to ensure all product copy is refreshed and optimised, populate excel document with product number and applicable copy to ensure that copy can be uploaded on mass.
- Support Ecom assistant and product owner with testing, specifically the ability to upload copy on mass.
- Manual population of lifestyle imagery from current made to order product to the newly created products.
- Implement visual merchandising strategy as required for newly created product, supported by the Head of Ecommerce.
Requirements / Qualifications...
- Familiarity with Excel- intermediate
- Previous data entry experience
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Collaborative and able to work in cross-department teams
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems
