THE TEAM
ASOS Marketplace is fundamental in supporting the ASOS mission to become the world's number-one destination for fashion-loving 20-somethings. The platform directly connects ASOS browsers and buyers to over 1,000 Independent brands and Vintage sellers, who together provide a unique and curated offer of new, on-trend items as well as vintage, upcycled and recycled items.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce and Marketing Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our marketing strategy, and the optimisation of the end-to-end customer journey onsite. This role is central to the Marketplace team, where you will be supporting the team to coordinate and execute key marketing tasks and campaigns, helping to ensure that key milestones are met. You will also support on reporting and analysis of key channels, initiating recommendations on how to improve performance.
We are a lean team and we work at pace. We’re looking to meet someone who is comfortable with change and working across functions. Additionally, this role presents and exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to further develop their marketing and e-commerce experience in an online fashion marketplace.
What you’ll be doing...
- Support analysis and reporting of key digital marketing channels (e.g. Google ads, email, organic search and paid ads), initiating recommendations to improve channel performance
- Support the day-to-day running of the Marketplace Google ads and Facebook accounts, resolving or escalating key technical issues as they arise
- Merchandise onsite edits, ensuring the most relevant and best quality products are prioritised on edit pages
- Coordinate the process for onsite edit updates and key marketing campaigns, ensuring that key teams are briefed and required information is communicated for key milestones to be met
- Update key category and brand pages with key search terms on a regular basis to drive organic search performance
- Establish strong relationships with key marketing team members across the wider ASOS.com business
- Coordinate onsite updates on ASOS.com by briefing key marketing assets and URL links
- Support to raise purchase orders for advertising and platform provider invoices, ensuring that invoices raised are paid timely
- Support the wider Marketplace team with critical administrative tasks, as needed
- Act as an ambassador for ASOS Marketplace within the wider ASOS business

- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment; understanding of Google ads platform is a plus
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
- Possesses a positive attitude, is self-aware and self-motivated
- Is flexible, agile and open to change
- A passion for young/Gen-Z fashion
