Early Years Practitioner
Glenbervie Kindergarden, Larbert are looking to add an enthusiastic practitioner into their 0-2 year old team. We are looking for fully qualified practitioners to work as an effective member of an early year’s team delivering a high quality child centred service which meets the needs of children and their families.
Our setting is a family run service which places importance in relationships with children and families, a place where all are valued and cared for. We are looking for enthusiastic and inspiring individuals, to support our younger children through their early years.
You will need to be dedicated and enthusiastic, have initiative, motivation and drive and have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures.
You must be committed and proactive to continuously developing your role by undertaking training, researching current and developing practice, we need someone who can be reflective in their practice.
The position is a permanent post, 38.75hrs per week Monday-Friday
Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications
You must be educated to HNC level in Early Education and Childcare or hold SNNB/HNC/SVQ3 qualifications in Childcare/Education or equivalent and be able to evidence additional learning and knowledge of current practice and legislation in relation to Early Learning and Childcare.
The successful candidates will be required to be or get registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and join the PVG scheme with an enhanced disclosure.

Salary: £20,452.25-£21,157.00 per year
