Location: Home Based
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week ( 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday)

What you’ll do


Lead a team of advisors within a dynamic contact centre, creating an environment that encourages and inspires teams to be their best whilst focussed on driving results to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


  • Personify the Customer Operations ‘Customer Obsessed’ ethos, working with the team to resolve issues that negatively influence our customer and advisor experience.
  • Lead, manage, coach, develop and motivate teams - setting clear and stretching performance goals. This includes responsibility for performance management, wellbeing, employee relations, etc, in line with HR policy and guidelines
  • Create an environment where people are energised, engaged and enabled through high impact communication, coaching and feedback. Make Vodafone a great place to work by encouraging ideas, development and collaborative working with peers and across departments.
  • Manage teams adherence to compliance processes
  • Delivery of key initiatives and change programmes into teams aligned to strategic priorities


Who you are


  • Experience of managing high performing teams and driving performance improvements.
  • You must have team leadership experience
  • Have the customer at the forefront of all decision making
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make confident decisions
  • Clear, professional and positive verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivation - the ability to work independently and effectively manage time, prioritising customer needs.
  • Leading change in an evolving environment
