Here at QA we’re looking for a fabulous Early Engagement Manager (DA) to be accountable for leading the Early Engagement Team.

You will be pivotal to implementing, leading and embedding change on brand new systems alongside leading the team on existing systems and models.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll lead a team who guide and progress learners and employers through our robust sign up and enrolment processes, ensuring that we achieve the highest levels of accuracy internally and externally in line with our regulatory and quality requirements.

Relationship leadership is key and you’ll display strong resilience and stakeholder management
  • Ensuring the Early Engagement Team work efficiently with a caseload of signing up learners
  • Leading the team to ensure a high level of accuracy in managing learner data
  • Ensuring a first-class customer experience is provided to learners, employers and other internal stakeholders
  • Leading the Early Engagement Team, ensuring standardised practice is embedded
  • Owning and leading transparent, accurate and up to date Information across forecasts, pipeline reports and platforms daily
  • Manage stakeholder expectations around key deadlines in the month, working with Sales, Scheduling, and Compliance Teams
  • Publishing clear and transparent Termly cut-off dates
  • Managing booking of training for DA learners
  • Supporting the Admissions team in ensuring SLAs are met
  • Attend meetings with our university partners
  • Liaising with delivery teams to set up quarterly programme launch events
  • Working with Service Delivery Team and
  • Account Managers to support mobilisation activity
  • Escalate any concerns regarding safeguarding or additional learning needs
  • Leading and delivering effective and clear communication through multiple channels

About You:

This role would be a great fit if you’ve got experience of successfully leading digital transformation projects with operational teams, strong internal and external stakeholder leadership, and experience of working and leading a team in a customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment supporting Sales and Delivery

We’d love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too:
  • Management of time sensitive processes, desirably in apprenticeships or education
  • Knowledge of business strategy processes and methodologies
  • Strong IT skills including data analysis and report writing
  • Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship and funded learning regulations in the UK
