The Learning and Development Team (L&D) are at the heart of supporting leadership and the Talent team to bring out the best of their people and ensure strategic business goals are met through training.
We are responsible for delivering and building exciting, thought-provoking content across all levels (junior to leadership), whilst staying ahead of innovation and ensuring that learning is ever-evolving. We are also subject matter experts in behavioural change, coaching, mentoring, and psychometric testing. We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Early Careers professional to join Publicis Groupe and take the lead in evolving our Groupe-led Early Careers training initiatives. Our goal is to support the development of early-career employees across our network of agencies. You will be responsible for scaling, growing, and evolving our recently established Groupe-wide programme, “The Pack”, which provides new joiners with an industry-leading experience to jumpstart their careers.
You will also work closely with the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team in expanding our training to support the Early Careers frameworks for Internships, Placements, and Apprenticeships and provide guidance and resources to our agencies to ensure they deliver powerful and meaningful Early Careers training experiences.
You will be joining a Learning and Development Team that is passionate about supporting and upskilling a diverse talent pipeline in their Early Careers to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of The Pack.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading and designing the training framework, programme plans and guidance resources to enable our agencies to implement successful apprentice, internship and placement programmes. Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for Early Career employees from recruitment through to development.
Showcasing the impact of early careers programmes and training in developing early talent across Publicis Groupe, by communicating and tracking key metrics and presenting to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Ideally, you will have experience and understanding in early careers talent market and designing and implementing programs for early career employees – whether it be a series of training sessions or delivering ad-hoc training. You will have strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously at a high standard. You will have had management responsibilities, being passionate about people and their development.
