Job description
We are looking for 2 (part-time) motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work within our Anglian Waterways Department. One post will support the East Anglia Operations team (0.4FTE) and the other post will support the Waterways Assets Team and the Partnerships & Development Team (0.6FTE)
Our work is varied; no two days are the same. You’ll need to be well organised, able to work flexibly, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be thorough with good attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workloads to prioritise competing demands.
You will carry out a range of duties including purchase order processing, point of contact for Health and Safety within the team, maintain calendars, minute taking of meetings, report generating within our AIMS system and general administrative/financial duties supporting the various Anglian Waterways Teams.
While we do encourage time working in one of our office’s we are able to offer a hybrid working environment.

The team
The Anglian Waterways team provides a high level of service to our boating customers in the Anglian Region based around our navigable rivers River Nene and River Great Ouse including tributaries; Rivers Welland & Glen, South Forty Foot/Black Sluice Navigation, River Ancholme, and the River Stour.
