Job description

Wise May are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a busy consultancy firm based in the heart of the West End.


Duties to include:


  • Successfully managing a hectic and ever evolving diary
  • Co-ordinate sophisticated travel itineraries
  • Prioritise and edit all incoming communication
  • Build and maintain co-operative relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels
  • Manage expenses and timesheets on a regular basis
  • Assist with sickness/short term holiday cover within the team
  • Proactively assists partners in relationship building

Hours 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday, hybrid working.
