The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for a TikTok shop/Agency development and operation graduate to educate and collaborate with TSP.
Responsibilities:
- Firmly establish TikTok as an e-commerce platform of choice for brands through establishing strong relationships with E-com or Ad agency across(creative, social, production, influencer).
- In charge of supporting the TSP incentive policy calculation and fulfillment contract process and keeping TSP profile updated
- Be responsible for TikTok Shop Partners' (TSP) GMV performance and growth by educating and training TSP with live strategy, helping TSP analysis and diagnosis traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Support different TSP's growth strategies based on TSPs' different development stage
- Working on TSP's daily issues and centralize the problem and escalate
- Constantly work with category team to managing TSP's seller's performance, also matching suitable sellers with TSP
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors's or Masters's degree, graduating in 2023. Successful candidates must start in September 2023
- Familiar with e-commerce, or project management, consultancy, or operations strategy
- Understanding of the agency landscape
- Data driven; an analytical thinker and good at using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate ambiguous work environments
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent prioritization skills
- Fluent in English
