French Connection is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Ecommerce Stylist to join our Head Office team in Camden, could that be you?

Main responsibilities:
The candidate would be responsible for styling e-commerce model, still-life and cut-outs across Womenswear, Menswear and Accessories. We are looking for an individual with 2+ years experience in an e-commerce studio (in house or agency), styling both model imagery (mens and womens) and still life/cut-outs.
You will work as part of our in-house studio team, and work closely with our Art Director and heads of design, in- house photographers, and reporting to the Production Manager. You will also work collaboratively with our Sample & Image co-ordinator to ensure all image requirements and deadlines are met. The candidate will be expected to always push new styling ideas, work to industry level standards of styling across the business and be a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the styling Womens and Mens fashion for our e-commerce sites and editorial content, pre-shoot and on set. Ensuring impeccable standards of styling are always met.
- Collaborate with the in-house photographers and creative teams to present directional, brand appropriate styling.
- Manage styling of multiple shoots and workloads to ensure assets are delivered on time and to the brief given whilst considering the overall brand direction.
- Maintain and demonstrate a constant personal awareness of, and interest in current and emerging fashion and styling trends.
- Understanding the brands product ranges and end use of imagery so you can deliver the relevant outfitting.
- Support and work with the sample & image co-ordinator to ensure all styles are scheduled and planned in to be shot, and ensuring all styles are captured at the appropriate times to meet launch dates.
- Ensure all reshoot requests are tracked and managed with the sample and image co-ordinator, reporting this to the Production Manager.
- Manage, review and constantly improve the outfitting and sign-off process working with wider teams to ensure efficiency.
- Assist the Sample & Image Coordinator in planning in and tracking mannequin/flat shoot needs.
- Be a brand guardian to push the style of creative content, flag issues that you see with imagery on set and in post, and constantly review styling of imagery on our website to flag and correct any issues or drive improvements.
- Support the sample and image co-ordinator to ensure samples are handled properly on set and after shoot. Assist in coding on shoot and working with shoot teams and photographers to report all shots at the end of shoot.
- Be responsible for ensuring a tidy studio environment all times, all styling samples and shoot samples to be kept organised and returned to relevant people and departments.
The candidate must have an ability to work well with various teams and departments, and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Clear communication and taking initiative are essential.
