Job description
We currently have a vacancy(ies) for a full time enthusiastic and experienced e-Commerce professional(s) to work in our new e- Business team.
We need talented free thinkers who have a both a thirst for learning as this will be fully supported and has a solid knowledge of how to trade with Amazon and eBay.
To say you will be working in a fast packed environment would be accurate and also you'll be a key part of growing the business, so career opportunities are great!
Possibly a graduate with experience in a first job, this role is an ideal stepping stone for someone with at least two years experience in a similar role who is looking for more responsibility and the ability to make a real difference in a 'start up' culture/environment. However, if you've go more to offer in terms of experience, we'd love to hear from you and will flex the role accordingly.
The Role(s) in Detail:
Contribute to the marketing and sales talent base
Managing a growing ASIN catalogue
Creating detailed, accurate, engaging product listings for our Shopify based web platform, Amazon and eBay
Knowledge and ability to implement and manage ppc campaigns cost effectively
Variation management
Responsibility for customer reviews and building up our listings both in Rackitdirect.com, Amazon and other channels. Focus on brand development
Daily management of multiple online and Brand stores in Amazon, eBay and own channel. This will include updates, expansions and performance monitoring
Management of incident and support tickets where required
Creating various AMS campaigns, eBay campaigns and own e channel campaigns using the relevant tools and systems on Amazon, eBay and our CRM.
You will have:
A minimum of two years experience working in a similar environment. Demonstrable experience of working with the Amazon and eBay platforms.Experience of working on other marketplace platforms.
This will translate into a keen interest in the world of e-Commerce and the opportunities it brings for entrepreneurial, commercially sharp businesses
Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Orderwise/LinnWorks, Jungle Scout, Quartile etc. would be very desirable
It goes without saying, you will have strong attention to detail, be highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Excel skills are a key component of this role as are good maths and analytical skills.
