The Role
Reporting to the Director and the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of a small team, taking ownership of our online sales, from both our website and marketplaces. You will work closely with the director and marketing team to support the growth of our online sales. This role will have set targets for sales, feedback ratings and be responsible for reporting on those targets. This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for your skills and experience.

· Basic salary of £22,000 with OTE up to £24,000 (pro rata)

About you
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards work and helping the business grow, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some relevant experience is required but training would be provided on a 1-2-1 basis.
Your ability to effectively take ownership of your role, research for answers, solve problems, and proactively add value will make you an ideal candidate for the position.

The candidate must have own transportation and full driving license. This is a requirement as there is no public transportation to commute to our Business Park.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Draft accurate descriptions, ensuring they contain all the information necessary to make the items as appealing as possible to potential customers.
- Listing updates: optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, photos and all other information required
- Knowledge and understanding of 3rd party selling platforms such as Amazon and eBay
- Contribute to marketing and advertising analysis (such as Google Analytics)
- Ensure that all online sales activity is compliant with the rules, standards and guidelines of the selling platforms & Trading Standards
- Contribute to marketing strategies, particularly online marketing in conjunction with the team.
- Contribute towards building and maintaining partnerships relevant to the social enterprise, including other providers, local businesses, and individuals.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, stock control, customer communication and timely dispatch, ensuring Iberica Food maintains a high feedback rating on all the sites we operate on.
- Ensuring that timeframes for responding to customer queries, dispatching items etc. are meet and the highest levels of positive feedback on selling platforms is maintained.

We are an award-winning importer and distributor of authentic and traditional Spanish Food based in Henfield. Iberica was set up in 2013, to bring the taste, quality, and tradition of artisanal Spanish food to customers outside of Spain. Our portfolio includes more than 400 unique products, from suppliers that have been carefully selected in person. Health and safety are a top priority.
Applicants must have:
- Ability to communicate effectively, must have excellent oral and written English skills.
- Experience of customer service, MS office, online marketing and data analysis
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate/import data.

Desirable:
- Photography- producing quality photos for online sales, social media or marketing.
- SEO development.
- Social Media production experience.
- Email and copy writing experience.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
- A genuine interest in food and Spain
