Location: Cheadle Hulme (In-house)
Offering a salary up to £42,500 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
Gee Hair is a growing hair extension brand known for its high quality products. We are seeking a talented and results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid and organic traffic campaigns, email marketing automation, monitoring analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis and insights, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing is often preferred. However, relevant work experience and proven track record may be considered in place of a degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Ecommerce growth experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge and experience in running PPC campaigns, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and implementing SEO strategies.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of hair extensions is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sense of creativity and innovation to develop unique and effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
A willingness to adapt to evolving industry trends and stay updated with the latest marketing techniques and best practices.
