Here at Pukka Pads, we are recruiting for an experienced E-Commerce Optimization Specialist to join our small but friendly team in Poole. Although this is a full time, office based position, we will consider hybrid working.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as an E-Commerce Optimization Specialist, your main objective is to maximize new product growth on Amazon and selected E-commerce partners channel through outstanding commercial planning, analysis, creative thinking, and executions. Your day-to-day duties include:

  • Analyse data, monitor web analytics, monitor web traffic (Google Analytics) & competitor sales.
  • Create and own launch toolkits with all the relevant information to markets e.g., Pricing, specifications, PDP, copy, and assets in a timely manner.
  • Provide input into marketing campaigns and support the Marketing manager as required.
  • Stay abreast of trends, insights, and technologies to ensure the latest opportunities are constantly explored.
  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and New Product development team to bring new products to market.
  • Support the weekly performance calls with Amazon market team, and any key actions.
  • Compile accurate reports on sales performance and a strategy for new products and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Identifies and validates opportunities to improve performance through insights and research.
  • Create and maintain knowledge of our customers/site visitors, their behaviours, and the broader competitive landscape.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Optimize product listings for better visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices. SEO trends, algorithm updates

  • Proven commercial experience managing Amazon accounts
  • Experience & Knowledge of Magento
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven experience working with data.
  • Articulate, strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others, including senior executives.
  • Ability to understand commercial priorities and respond accordingly.
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Strong Leadership qualities and a team player
