Job Title: E-commerce Optimization Specialist (Shopify/Amazon)
Hours: Flexitime (37.5 Hours)
Salary: £21,000 to £26,000

Role Overview:
As our E-commerce Optimization Specialist, your role is centred around enhancing our online presence and driving e-commerce growth. Your key areas of focus will be on our Amazon and
Shopify platforms, where you'll apply your skills and expertise to optimize our digital storefronts, boost visibility, and improve sales performance.
Amazon Account Management:
- Take charge of the daily operations of our Amazon seller accounts, ensuring strict compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Improve product listings for better visibility, higher conversion rates, and enhanced sales performance.
- Craft engaging A+ content using Amazon's Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) or A+ Content
Manager.
- Oversee Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes, closely monitor inventory levels, and manage related processes.
- Interpret account performance metrics, analyse sales data, review customer feedback, and i mplement data-driven improvements.
- Actively monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current with all relevant Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Shopify Management:
- Carry out comprehensive keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and
URLs for SEO.
- Work on website structure, internal linking, and site speed to enhance user experience and increase search engine visibility.
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Regularly monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and uncover opportunities for further optimization.
- Keep yourself updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday (37.5 Hours)
Salary: TBD
