About the Position

We're looking for a passionate and experienced eCommerce professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The E-commerce Manager - Foodservice position lies within the UK eCommerce team and will look after online and digital sales for the foodservice channel. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is passionate about building brands in the digital world- winning online customers using data and knowing how to grow online customers.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Deliver the Foodservice strategy to win across online and emerging channels to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Liaise with E-wholesale and Key Account teams to accelerate the online presence and visibility of our brands across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the online team to ensure best-practice and coherence to our total digital strategy across all Foodservice customers
  • Explore any new digital opportunities- innovation and get in touch with new consumers in the foodservice channel
  • Work closely with Delivery Aggregator customers to implement JBPs for new relationships that help improve our digital presence for our brands ‘away from home at home’
  • Collaborate with the International zone team to build sustainable and bold objectives and influence the international strategy in this area.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce- either within a retail/FMCG company or e-commerce platform
  • In depth knowledge of the online shopper and understanding of the fundamentals of category management for online.
  • Please note if you have Foodservice experience but not as much eCommerce experience- we would still be very much interested in your application
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in managing complexity across multiple departmental functions
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actions
  • Commercially and financially astute
  • Strong understanding of how to win the digital shelf
