Job description
Since 2008, Totally Wicked has been changing the world of vaping, with a clear purpose of 'empowering smokers to transform their lives' through the sale of the highest quality and most diverse range of e-cigarette and e-liquid products through our UK and Germany online channels, retail partners and retail stores.
We have an opportunity for an German Speaking E-commerce Assistant to join our team in Blackburn to support our German website. If you speak German and have an interest in a progressive role in E-commerce we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating listings, content and newsletters from English into German
- Assisting with posting content and product listings onto our German website
- Uploading offers and promotions
- Liaising with our colleagues in Germany as required
- Researching German competitor websites and providing feedback on new products, offers and pricing.
- Assisting with maximisation of brand exposure through social media channels.
About you:
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Previous E-commerce experience desirable although not essential as training will be provided
- Team player who takes responsibility for their own workload
- Excellent organisation skills to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Understanding of SEO advantageous
