When you come in to work…

There is rarely a typical day. Given our rapid expansion there are constantly new challenges to overcome. You will be working closely with an enthusiastic, and talented team as part of our growing ecommerce team. Your focus will be on assisting our Senior Ecommerce Manager in expanding and optimising our global ecommerce portfolio.


Our ideal candidate would be someone who is/has...

    • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as numerical proficiency.
    • Commercially minded with a passion for eCommerce and selling online.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • A good understanding of web optimisation, conversion rate optimisation and merchandising.
    • Strong analytical and commercial mindset – able to take insights from analytics platforms and report, present and propose future strategies.
    • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced and scaling environment, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Alongside the website team, manage our growing range of Shopify websites to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the merchandising of product pages, including product descriptions, imagery, and pricing, to maximize conversion rates and sales.
  • Implement and manage apps and tools to improve the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Support with international expansion efforts, unlocking new markets within our existing Shopify stores.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align on effective marketing and pricing strategies that drive traffic and revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketplace team to align on stock allocations and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor the market to understand trends, gaps, and opportunities in order to optimise listings, increase traffic and improve conversion.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Crazy Egg to track and analyse website performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
