Golf2Golf LTD is a family-run business that was founded in 1997. We are the UK’s biggest design/importer, retailer, and wholesaler of ladies' golf clothing & accessories. We are Brand of the Year selling our ranges both nationally and internationally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for our e-commerce channels for our B2B Website, Global B2C Websites, Amazon Global Marketplaces & other areas of e-commerce. The role will involve taking sole responsibility for managing and developing these platforms including the listing of new products and showcasing the brands and products with new homepage and site imagery and banners. It will also involve developing the sites so they are selling to their optimal potential. The role will also include assistance in stock management and reporting.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Manager to join us to run an established e-Commerce website selling ladies' golfing products online through our Shopify & Bigcommerce stores. The ideal candidate should have e-Commerce experience and must have experience working with Amazon and Amazon Seller Central (any other eCommerce retailer experience valid), utilising the fulfillment by Amazon (FBA & PAN EU) shipping process. You will be joining a dynamic team environment where everyone pulls together for a common goal but will be solely responsible for managing the e-commerce side of the business. As such you will need to be self-driven and motivated and able to manage your own workload. The ideal candidate will not only be able to pick up the management of the current systems but be able to drive them forward and introduce changes and innovations for increased sales and better customer experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing the catalogue and content
- SKU and UPC management: descriptions, new item setup activation/deactivation, and shipment management.
- Strong experience with Amazon Marketplace, to effectively monitor product inventory and direct the flow of inventory to Amazon, including stock management & forecasting.
- Support Amazon Seller Central initiatives that include but is not limited to: creating FBA order replenishment.
- Continued innovation & pushing forward of e-commerce channels whilst developing conversion optimisation
- Analyse product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs and amend strategy accordingly
- Keeping the websites fresh, attractive, and seasonally accurate given the seasonal nature of golf including the creation of new homepage and product page banners
- Launch new eCommerce marketplaces and online retailers if required.
- Working with the marketing team to co-ordinate promotions
- Keeping the blog updated
- Ensuring that the website is being utilised to its full potential including syncing with social media platforms
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE:
- 1-2 years of e-Commerce experience
- 1-2 years Amazon FBA management
- 1-2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (including some experience working with Amazon for fulfilment).
- Reporting & Analytics experience (desired)
- A strong understating of key e-Commerce metrics and what drives them.
- Experience with other online marketplaces preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (Proficient in Excel).
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to create homepage banners with Canva or other similar platforms with supplied imagery
