Job description
Job Title: E-commerce Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media advertising and email marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
