Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and B&Q.
2. Monitor and update product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
3. Oversee inventory levels across platforms to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
4. Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement promotions and campaigns.
5. Analyze sales data and platform metrics to optimize listings and improve sales.
6. Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
7. Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping.
8. Stay updated on platform changes, updates, or best practices to ensure we're always leveraging the latest features and strategies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall e-commerce experience and meet company objectives.
10. Develop and report KPIs to upper management, suggesting areas for improvement or growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, eBay, Shopify.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. A keen eye for detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy across product listings and promotions.
7. Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices.
