E-Commerce Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to help us with our online business. You will be responsible for creating and managing all aspects of our online presence, including product listings, maintaining a website, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online business and experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on our website
- Create and update product descriptions on Shopify, eBay, Amazon and other platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Help customers find the right product by explaining the company’s products and services to customers
- Build relationships with customers to maintain relationships and build loyalty
- Maintain contact with customers by responding to their messages and emails, following up on their orders, and providing customer support
- Assist with shipping process for orders made through our website
- Help design new products and update existing products as needed
- Manage inventory inventory in your online store to ensure inventory is accurate and fully stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized online store
- Act as a point of contact for customers, respond to customer inquiries, issues, complaints, and requests while providing professional service via email or in person (as needed)
Help maintain a positive online review rating for the online store using Shopify platform (must have previous experience with Shopify)
Experience is not required but it is preferred if you have previous experience in e-commerce or customer service. Experience in creating digital content is also a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
