This role will provide direct assistance to the TikTok Shop Campaign execution in the Creator team.
The graduate may also handle small projects assigned to them and provide cover for the different campaigns when necessary. Their role is to perform tasks that smooth the operations of campaign management, making completion easier, faster, and more efficient.
Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities for this role may change dependent on team requirements
- Work with internal and XFN teams to identify project requirements, tasks, and delivery timelines
- Assisting the Campaign planning, designing, executing, monitoring, and analyzing deliverables for all campaigns
- Assist in the campaign of taking the initiative to coordinate with internal and XFN teams the progress of the project
- Assist in monitoring project performance to ensure OKR and ROI as well as timely delivery
- Assist in compiling and submitting campaign status, and deliverable analysis reports
- Collect, organize, and allocate/execute project resources, ensuring the campaign runs smoothly, including promotion, asset setting, resource negotiation, allocation, and campaign engagement .
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors's or Masters's degree, graduating in 2023. Successful candidates must start in September 2023
- The ability to use analysis and communication software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- The ability to handle multiple projects at a time, excellent time management skills, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively on all levels, strong negotiation skills
- The ability to take initiative without constant guidance, a willingness to tackle challenges and problem-solve
- Teachable and able to listen effectively
- A goal-oriented mindset, great attention to detail
- Beneficial to have an understanding of the E-Commerce industry
- Beneficial to have an understanding of social: Short Video and Live-streaming content
