About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We're currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join our logistics finance team, responsible for overseeing and enhancing settlement processes and systems, providing seller consultation, executing settlement solutions for logistics projects, and mitigating settlement risks.
- Localize settlement regulations and standard operating procedures with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Seek improvement opportunities for the settlement system and raise requirements to the IT team. Follow up on the development process and participate in online tests of new system functions to provide efficient reports.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payment to vendors and receiving from customers, including contract review, system maintenance, billing, payment, and AR collections to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Responsible for handling settlement-related consultation from sellers and working out solutions to improve their experience.
- Involved in logistics projects, responsible for executing settlement solutions and ensuring the timely launch and quality of operations.
- Identify settlement risks, take loss-stopping actions, analyze the root causes, and resolve issues.
- Other required tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or an Account related field.
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in middle-large size logistics-related businesses.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in settlement-related fields.
- Possess strong attention to detail and sensitivity to figures, along with a proactive approach to work and a sense of ownership of the business.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work under high pressure while collaborating effectively with others as part of a team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a preference for candidates who possess strong data analysis skills.
