As E-commerce person you will be responsible for managing the online sales and marketing activity of the e-commerce . This new role includes the development of digital platforms for the sale of electronic equipment.
Your initial focus however will be online sales currently generated exclusively via eBay. Due to the nature of such online activity, there will be an element of out of office working to monitor and respond accordingly to customer enquiries and sales.
This role is an excellent and rewarding opportunity for the right individual while ensuring current eBay sales targets are met (and exceeded). The opportunity to recruit and grow a department awaits should the successful applicant succeed in this role.
You'll drive growth and development in existing marketplaces (eBay) while tasked with securing new marketplaces midterm. The role will be target based.
The role will include but not be limited to:
· Responsible for online sales of refurbished electronics (initially eBay)
· Management and the development the e-commerce strategy and department
· Co-ordinating and keeping senior management abreast of all operations
· Responsible for offering unmatched customer service levels across all e-commerce platforms
· Creating daily eBay auction listings
· Growing eBay buyitnow and refurbished on eBay
· Ensuring items are dispatched and received on time
· Engaging with online customers ensuring targets and standards and met
· A big picture thinker
