With ecommerce being core to our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a senior account manager to help grow our rapidly growing ecommerce business specifically with Amazon both here in the UK, EU, and USA.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a role where we can offer a good balance of working from home and being in the office and is focused on the day-to-day management and growth of our current online sales platforms, and the identification and growth of other potential ecommerce partners globally.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day process of our current online sales platforms (especially Amazon) where you would be responsible and accountable for delivering set business targets.
- Identify and develop business with other third-party ecommerce retailers both in the UK and globally
- Maintain and manage the social media platforms of the business.
Essential Attributes
- Must be organised, self-motivated and well presented.
- A commercial individual, you should have the judgement to be able to choose and run promotions with our online partners, whilst still having a focus on working to acceptable profit margins.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role, or a role with a relevant skillset.
- Excellent working knowledge of online retail platforms especially Amazon.
- Must be creative and have good copywriting skills to ensure that Gift Republic items are presented in the best possible way
- Strong people skills to help develop close working relationships at all levels with both colleagues and all ecommerce partners.
- Must be enthusiastic, resilient, tenacious, and persuasive with excellent communications skills and a strong customer focus.
- Must be extremely numerate and analytical with a strong knowledge of Excel and other office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 3 years (preferred)
- ecommerce sales: 3 years (preferred)
