About the role Here at DS Smith, we have an exciting opportunity within the DS Smith Group I&T function for a Dynamics CRM Developer to join us and support the successful and large deployment of the CRM tool, Microsoft Dynamics, with over 3000 users worldwide. DS Smith is a FTSE 100, £7 billion turnover sustainable packaging company. We are investing in our Data & Digital function designed to help us create new ways of providing better, cheaper, more efficient and more environmentally friendly products for our customers and our planet. The Dynamics Developer will have experience of configuration, customisation, testing, administration and integration of the Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise application and ideally also have exposure to the Dynamics Marketing APP and Field Service APP. As an experienced Microsoft Developer you will have experience of designing solutions for user story requirements, develop custom plugin code and produce and maintain Automate Flows. You will provide 2nd & 3rd line support for MS Dynamics, problem solving & root cause analysis as well as investigating Dynamics best practice and new functionalities, You will work within a small IT team liaising closely with the CRM Business Team and the Microsoft support partner both on and offshore. About you Experience as a Developer on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Sales Enterprise Applications Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript experience Worked on an Enterprise sized implementation of Dynamics CRM Development of Power Automate Flows Development of APIs and Integrations to other systems SQL Server, KingswaySoft and SSIS experience a bonus Power BI / Azure Blob and Synapse experience a bonus Azure DEVOPs and ServiceNow useful Dynamics Marketing / Field Service / Customer Service experience a bonus Experience in working multiple full life cycle projects.
