Job description

As the Duty Manager of Flip Out trampoline park and The Terrace Bar at Rushden Lakes you will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to manage a large team and remain calm under pressure.

You will be in charge of:

• Stock takes and levels
• Staff working across the whole site
• Smooth running of events
• Liaising with other Managers to ensure the smooth running of shifts
• Staff training
• Customer Service including face to face, over the phone, email and on social media
• Opening and closing of the site
• Daily checks
• Cash management
• Health and safety

Reporting to the General Manager and Director, you will be an integral part of the team in a fast growing environment.

The ideal candidate will have management experience and a First Aid qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
