Location: Heathrow Airport (TW6 3AE)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 7 On 3 off 7 on 4 Off

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To be responsible for consistency, team harmony and a seamless operation. Also for identifying and promoting best practices within the ITO team
- To be responsible for real time updates and responses, developing strategies for service improvement and communicating these to Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) and stakeholders
- To provide inspirational leadership to the ITO team, being responsible for performance, development and the behaviour of reporting teams
- To ensure the service requirements of the customer are identified and satisfied and that the highest quality of information and communication are delivered internally and to customers
- To be responsible for the safety of the ITO team and work towards promoting the highest forms of safety awareness

- Experience with all aspects of managing a team, including rostering, development, performance management and discaplinary procedures
- Experience working within an airport and with multi-terminal operations
- Intermediate IT/Keyboard skills
- Full drivers license and an airside pass (or the ability to obtain one.)
