During your employment at CCC you will learn and develop many hospitality skills which can be transferred to other areas in your future. The responsibilities of this role may vary based on the demands of the business to provide the best experience for our customers.
As a duty manager, you will manage each type of customer's needs and be able to communicate our offer in person, by phone and our various digital platforms. You will be working alongside the rest of our management and junior team, kitchen team, housekeepers, greens staff and will report directly to the owners of Cape Cornwall Club.
To fill this role successfully, you are to promote the attitude, behaviours and skills which enhance the profitability of the business and it's customer experiences.
Some responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Management of junior staff
Opening and closing responsibilities
Event day management
Hotel reception management (including booking systems for rooms, golf, swimming pool, gym and restaurant)
