This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents Bar.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Duty Manager on to our team who will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.
The successful candidate will have experience running the Duty ManagerShift in a Hotel holding 100 bedrooms or more. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service and management skills.
