Job description
Job Purpose: To ensure safe running of the park at all times and ensure all customers leave the park happy without any unresolved issues should they arise. You will regularly be responsible for the park and will be required to ensure the park runs efficiently by maintaining brand standards and cleaning standards by conducting regular walk arounds of the building.
This role will require shift work every weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close of the park ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- Planning and organising of staff, including, but not limited to, staff rotation, break times and cleaning rotas
- Deal with any staff issues that may arise on the day
- Keeping track of staff numbers when on shift, ensuring we do not over staff
- Ensure the park safety briefing is completed to a professional standard every hour
- Ensuring that the cleanliness of the park is up to standard
- Ensuring the café and merchandise is stocked at all times
- Deal with queries and complaints from the public and customers
- Prepare shift reports for senior management review
- Cash up and banking at the end of the day making sure all procedures are correctly followed
- All other tasks that contribute to the successful day to day running of the park
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
· Previous leisure experience (Desirable)
· Experience leading and managing a team of people
· Strong knowledge of first aid at work (Desirable)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
