We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for an international consultancy with clients worldwide. You will be using your Dutch language skills on a daily basis to assist a portfolio of customers with their enquiries. The role is London based and the client offers a hybrid scheme as well as other benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary contact for technical and business enquiries
- Identifying new potential clients and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Writing comprehensive meeting reports
- Updating the company’s data, calculating and researching additional information in line with client requirements
About you:
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, previous experience within Customer Service, must be comfortable working with figures and numerical data and will be fluent in Dutch. Profile:
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience managing client relationships or customer service
- Educated to degree level and familiarity with a professional environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and the ability to manage priorities
