Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent! Work From Home
We're looking for Dutch speaking Customer Service Agents to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres - some of their clients include British Telecom, Center Parcs, and a host of other leading blue-chip companies. You will be confident at dealing with customer queries and ideally have a strong background within call centres previously.
The Role:
Providing outstanding customers service in a fast paced and exciting environment; dealing with book enquires, accommodation complaints and questions, upselling/cross-selling add ons and benefits. Candidates will be taking inbound calls from potential and existing customers! Must be able to travel and work from other offices as and when required in line with business needs.
Hours and pay:
- £10 per hour (holiday pay included)
- Full Time, 37.5 hours (5 days)
- Monday to Sunday 8am - 8pm (on a shift rota basis)
- Saturday to Sunday 8am - 4pm (on a shift rota basis)
- Target-based bonuses
Role Benefits:
