- Adept networker who is confident in creating new connections outside the office and current network.
- Music enthusiast (across all genres) who is keen to attend shows, events, and festivals.
- Creative and constantly thinking of new ways we can garner support from the streaming partners to elevate campaigns.
- Phenomenal communicator with a curiosity about building connections between groups/organisations.
- Ability to lead, present and inspire audiences from boardrooms to listening parties of fans.
- Proactive problem solver who can anticipate issues, create solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
- Open to feedback and new insights on how we can continually improve our pitching process.
- Data savvy extensive experience using streaming partner platforms e.g Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Amazon Music for Artists.
- Resolved, Driven, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion to learn and succeed.
