What are we looking for?
Our transport team work very hard to provide the best quality service throughout the entire delivery process and have great fun while doing it.
We are looking for a Drivers Mate who will team up with the driver to deliver the highest level of customer service while caring about our values as much as we do.
Our Dray Crews are responsible for delivering to pubs, restaurants and hotels across the region, completing multi-drop routes and you will be part of a two-person team.
It is important that all deliveries are completed accurately using electronic handheld devices and essential that Adnams Health & Safety guidelines are complied with. You will be manually handling heavy goods daily, so you will need to be physically fit, agile and have good core body strength.
You must be a good communicator and customer focussed, a true team player and be able to adapt to a range of various customers' requirements.
This is a Monday to Friday position working days with the occasional Saturday.
