Service Driver - Workshop Support (HGV)

Volvo Truck and Bus Centre London North are currently looking to recruit a Service Driver Workshop Support Operative to join their team.

Salary - £15.61 per hour (42.5hrs per week)
Overtime @ time and a half
Hrs - Monday to Friday 11am to 2000hrs (1/2 unpaid lunch)

The Ideal Candidate

HGV Class 1 licence - PSV would be an advantage also
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service and phone skills
Must be able to prioritise work both independently and as a team, be self-motivated and well organised
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
A friendly and approachable manner

We’ll need you to:

To carry out duties as instructed by the Service Controller, to include supporting the service department with administration duties, collection and delivery of customer vehicles and road tests following workshop repairs.
To provide support to the parts department when required in delivering parts to customers.

To apply for this role you’ll hold a HGV and possibly a PSV Licence, will have excellent customer service skills.
