Southall

£1,200 per week for 16 weeks during the high season - June to September

£650 per week in the low season


This role requires flexibility during our busy season with regards to hours and days worked.

We are looking for a Chauffeur to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:


Key Responsibilities


  • To drive Guests/VIP’s on assigned duty as directed by Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager.
  • To assist passengers to enter and leave the car.
  • To ensure that the assigned car is kept clean and tidy at all times with the correct passenger supplies readily available.
  • To work as part of the team of chauffeurs cooperatively and willingly.
  • To drive children on planned and unplanned excursions
  • To report to the Fleet Co-ordinator or allocation Team Leader on a daily basis so jobs can be allocated.
  • To establish a professional relationship with clients and take proper care of all passengers.
  • To ensure that the work mobile phone is switched on at all times and answered when called.
  • To be available on a 24/7 basis as required by operational needs.
  • To respect and take appropriate orders from the Fleet Controller /Logistics Manager or allocation Team Leader at all times.
  • To comply with all Health and Safety regulations as governed by the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 (and any amendments).
  • To be able to provide care and ensure safety of children whilst on duty with respect to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
  • To ensure a professional approach is undertaken in performing duties when interacting with clients, colleagues and external providers, with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
  • To undertake duties of a driver to include dropping and picking up internal packages items and staff as and when directed by the Fleet Controller
  • To undertake manual handling activities for the loading and unloading of items relating to client and company services.
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests as directed by management.
  • To be aware of and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
  • To respect at all times the nature of the company’s business and adhere to strict code of conduct.
  • To provide cover for colleagues in times of absence, such as annual leave.
  • To be able to work on a flexible work/rota schedule as required by operational needs.
  • To report any vehicle faults to appropriate department/supervisor.
  • To obtain local resources information and support as required by the Client when travelling abroad.
  • To be flexible and proactive in booking hotels, tickets and events on behalf of the Client when travelling abroad.
  • To be able to arrange travel schedules, travel timetables and vehicle availability as necessary to support the Client travel movements when accompanying the Client abroad.
  • To perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by your Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • To be aware of and adhere to all of UKME’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities


  • Demonstrated experience providing executive/ VIP chauffeuring services.
  • Holds a full and valid drivers licence
  • Extensive knowledge of central London routes, its main attractions and sites, and also knowledge of the surrounding counties.
  • Knowledge of driving in the Surrey/Newmarket Area.
  • Previous experience of driving in Europe.
  • Demonstrate capability of being able to schedule itineraries
