As the face of Tuffnells out on the road, our drivers are a key part of the Tuffnells teams and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just driving, it is about delivering excellent customer service and putting our customers at the heart of what we do.
This role is working 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday Day Shift with an annual salary of £32,760.00 plus a great Driver Bonus Scheme worth up to £4,160 each year, terms and conditions apply.

As a Class C Driver working Days, you will be making multi-drop collection and deliveries within our network, in and around your given area, most likely in an 18 Tonne vehicle. You will be an ambassador for Tuffnells out on the road, ensuring items are loaded securely as appropriate and transported safely within the scheduled collection and delivery times.
You will need to
- Be motivated and passionate about delivering great customer service
- Hold a full Class C license with no more than six penalty points, a valid DQC and a Driver Card
- Have evidence of training undertaken (in the last 5 years) to demonstrate your learning is up to date
- Be able to adhere to WTD, Drivers Hours and Company Procedures
- Ideally have experience of multi-drop collection and delivery
- Be physically fit due to elements of heavy lifting within the role
