A new drivers mate position has arisen with The Best Connection Hanger Lane, working in partnership with John Lewis in Park Royal.

Training will be on a Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (will be confirmed closer to the day). You must be available to cover all days or training.

Job Details:

• You will be with a van driver
• Delivery of white goods (large electrical goods used domestically such as refrigerators and washing machines)
• Heavy lifting will be expected throughout the day
• The job is 4 out of 6 days on a rota basis across Monday to Saturday
• Calling customers prior to delivery to notify them you are arriving or are on your way.
• Using company device to input information throughout the day and contact the warehouse.
• 45min break deducted
• 11 hour shifts (10.25 hours paid, 0.75 rest)
• Am shift 06:00 to 17:00 - £11.50ph
• PM shift 10:30 to 21:30 - £12.31ph

Requirements:

• Verifiable references
• Must be able to do heavy lifting ( could be lifting white goods up multiple flights of stairs with a porter)
• Must pass company assessment prior to commencing job (Interview, Manual handling assessment)
