Driver/Waste Collector
We are currently looking to fulfil a new position that has become available within the company.
This role will require the successful applicant to work:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4.30pm
The successful applicant will be required to work one in every 4/5 weekends
They will be required to hold a full UK driving licence for a vehicle up to 3.5t, be over the age of 25 and have held their licence for 2 years or more (Insurance conditions).
The role will involve the following tasks:
· carrying out daily checks to vehicle.
· loading/unloading vans.
· working in the warehouse with any other tasks that are needing to be completed.
· visiting multiple shops from a daily run sheet with the additional call in jobs.
· have a good and sound knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding area.
· working in the warehouse processing material.
· working to a time scale and visiting a number of different business uplifting recycling material.
Forklift licence is preferred but not necessary.
This job is for immediate start.
