As a Warehouse Driver here at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, your role is pivotal to us delivering the best possible service for our colleagues and clients. This role keeps the day-to-day operation running like clockwork.

You’ll quickly become a go-to member of our friendly team and your days will be a made up of a wide variety of tasks so bring your flexible approach to work with you when you join us. What you'll do:

• Receive, organize and deliver to satellite kitchens across site.
• Carry out regular stock checks as directed by your Line Manager, support all deliveries into the warehouse, as well as assist with the break down and storage of all deliveries received.
• Monitor and control the flow of goods into and out of warehouses and other storage facilities
• Resolve discrepancies in the delivery of goods

What you bring:

• CAT C licence with 2 years’ experience (recently) driving a 7.2 ton vehicle.
• Drivers CPC card
• If you have a basic knowledge of food safety as well as experience of food deliveries that would be great
• Excellent organisational skills and team player
