Location: Walsall & Surrounding areas
Work Pattern: Monday-Sunday (must be flexible and prepared to work various shift patterns)
Responsible to: Business Manager & Administrative Officer
Salary: £18,000 to £22, 000 PA
Job Type: Full time/Permanent
Role Summary:
The driver role is a key position within Sky High Staffing. You will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle logistics including; planning and executing of jobs, prompt collection and delivery of our staff to ensure they get to work on time, handing over with sign off and any supporting paperwork where applicable. You will be resilient and resourceful, as sometimes, when the job doesn’t go to plan, your day can be extremely demanding and long. You will also be an early riser as very early start times are necessary.
To be considered for the Service Driver position you will have the following:
- A full UK driving license with previous driving experience
- Great customer service skills - we need you to interact with our team and ensure you have each job signed off
- Great communication skills
- Be positive, well-presented and organised
- Be flexible with working hours, as this role can start early and also end early!
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- You will also need to have either a driveway or parking space off-road as you will take a vehicle home every evening.
