Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service to all passengers, clients, authorities, suppliers, coworkers and management
- Knowledge of Canadian and US geography and the ability to navigate their major cities
- Must be compliant with the National Safety Code, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations at all times, including US DOT drug testing requirements
- Must be compliant with Highway Traffic Act at all times
- Must be familiar with and compliant with the Hours of Service Regulations in Canada and the US
- Perform daily pre/post trip inspections on assigned commercial vehicle
- Plan and organize routing as per dispatch instructions and/or customer itinerary
- Drive in a safe and courteous manner
- Keep coach clean and customer ready
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Physically able to load and unload passenger luggage
- Assist with boarding and disembarking passengers
Requirements
- A customer service oriented approach and a positive attitude
- Ontario Drivers Class "B" (prefered) or "C" with "Z" air brake endorsement
- Eligible to work and drive commercial vehicles in Canada and the US
- Comfortable with email and have the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Must be available for all shifts as scheduled
- Shifts may include working nights, weekends and statutory holidays
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to receive, send, process and print emails.
- Own a cellular telephone capable of conducting call in Canada and the US
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, minimally supervised, flexible and changing environment
- Possess a valid passport and US VISA (if required for crossing the border)
- Candidate subject to Vulnerable Sector Screening

Salary: $180.00-$250.00 per day
